Our raked panels are higher at one side of the glass which enables step points or changes in height to be overcome. We have 1200mm Wide panels with 5 heights available.

The modular raked panels are a large cost savings versus custom made raked glass and also enable jobs to be completed immediately.

⊕ Our raked panels come standard with 1200mm height one end & 1200mm Width
⊕ The adjusted height options are: 1400, 1500, 1600, 1700, 1800mm
⊕ Each panel comes with a 400mm straight top on the high end
⊕ Grade ‘A’ 12mm thick clear toughened glass
⊕ 5mm radius corners
⊕ Compliant to AS/NZS2208
⊕ Examples of raked panel uses:

A) Overcome different levels along fence line

B) Overcome landscaping as a toe hold along fence line

C) Overcome stepping point issues around fence line

*Please take care to refer to relevant standards to ensure our raked panels are suitable for your needs as each installation situation / compliance requirement is unique.

Spigot Layout & Setup
  • String Line
  • Tape Measure
  • Level
  • Removable Marker (Pencil / Chalk)
Panel Install
  • 12mm & 14mm Concrete drill bit
  • Impact Driver
  • Sockets to suite fixings
  • Extension bar for socket (Used with Deluxe Top Mount Spigots)
  • Allen Key Set
Gate Installation
  • 2x Quick Clamps
  • Timber / Bottom Spacing Packers (Sit your gate on top to set the bottom spacing gap)
  • Timber or Plastic Packers to set glass panel heights

Here is what you need to do

  1. First you need to Measure the Overall width of your fence project.
  2. Draw everything down on paper, write down the measurements and mark where you are planning to have your gates and connections to walls or posts etc.
  3. Plan your frame-less Gate Assembly & Dimensions, decide whether you want to use our:
    • Standard Range (STD) or
    • Soft Close Range, based on your preferences and budget.
  4. Once you know, calculate the width of your pool gate assembly
    • Write down the gap dimensions for your hinges and latch set.
    • Determine the total width of your Gate Assembly
  5. Next is to determine how many pool panels you will need for your frameless-less glass pool project.
  6. Calculate how many spigots, clamps and accessories you need. As a rule of thumb, you need:
    • 2x Spigots for each Pool Panel or Hinge Panel
    • 1x Clamp for each gap (Optional)
    • 1x Hinge set and one latch per pool gate
    • Enough Timber Screws or Concrete fixings for each spigot
    • 1x Chem Anchor Glue tube = approx. 15-20 cement in holes

Installing pool panels are easy and suits level locations where the panels can be installed horizontally.

Follow our step by step guide on how to install your glass pool fence.

Glass pool fences are an easy project that can be done by one person with reasonable skills, but a second person is highly recommended.

If you do have questions or concerns, please let us know.

Spigots are chosen based on location, preference and colour.

We do recommend using base plate spigots for DIY installations, as they are easiest to install, although in situations where this is NOT possible e.g. Raised Decking where spigots need to go into a timber joist / beam then we would recommend using the Deluxe Top Mount Spigot.

Please double check your installation methods for each spigot before ordering

NO#1 TIP: “Check twice, order & install once”

The installation of our gates are easy.

We recommend you have enough wood packers to set the gate height.

When fitting the latches onto the hinge panel / wall / square post and gate, use clamps or a second person to hold the gate in the required position.

Make sure you have the correct spacing for your hinge and latch type,  and all gaps are parallel

Depending on your budget and application, for the hinges you will select between our Standard or Soft-Close range.

For the latch this would just depend on the location of your gate (Straight to Glass/Wall/Post/Corner to Glass) etc…

If you are looking to lock your gates you will need to purchase the required latch & our “Lockable Latch Upgrade Kit” to convert our standard latches to lockable.

Our pool fencing glass is made from toughened, clear highly durable glass.
