Approved returns may incur a 10% restocking fee, which will be deducted from the refund amount.

Yes – our aluminium fencing systems are engineered for DIY. No licence required for non-structural fencing in QLD. Most installs take a weekend with basic tools. We provide step-by-step guides and live support throughout your install via phone and chat.
For like-for-like replacement of an existing pool barrier, a building approval is generally not required – provided the new fence meets current QLD standards (minimum 1200mm, AS 1926.1 compliant). New pools or layout changes may require council approval. All our pool fencing is compliant.
